The DW is a Minimalist

None of you have this problem I’m sure...

The DW is a minimalist at Heart….not an inch of counter space goes
unused…

Let me telly you something right now. I am female. My sister is female. THIS (photos) would make BOTH of us INSANE.

No way could we EVER have that much stuff, in plain site. We are non-clutter fanatics.

I use a single bar of soap. Shampoo and conditioner. A single haircare product. A brush. 3 pieces of makeup. A single jar of face cream. A single bottle of body lotion.

Your DW needs an intervention! HELP HER!

That said. Please don't ask me for photos of my tool storage areas.

Same with my DW. She has "clutteritis." Clutter literally drives her batty. Everything must have its own tidy discrete place, preferably on a designated covered shelf or in a designated cabinet. Lots and lots of labeled and cataloged storage bins in our life (also lots of spreadsheets). I'm pretty organized, but my DW is on a whole other level!

Since my DW is responsible for securing everything inside before we hitch up and move, there’s an incentive to keeping the clutter to a minimum. I have a feeling you stay put for a while!

When we go camping I pack the same thing every time. 8 shirts, 8 handkerchief's, 5 pair of shorts, 3 pairs of socks, 2 pair of long pants and 3 pair of shoes. Don't wear socks every day!

We wash weekly so that's all I need.

My wife on the other hand............?

Yes, we normally stay for 21 days or more at Thousand Trails parks… it takes her a day to get prepared for moving days…; )

I'll address this first. Not a picture of way things normally are, I can breakdown the inside of the RV in less than 30 minutes.

I, obviously, am also female. Most of that is not makeup, it is trying to help fix the horrible turkey neck that I got from losing over 60 lbs. This was a bad day as I was trying to put stuff away. Am I ashamed for losing weight and trying not to ask my husband for 15K to fix my neck or ashamed for trying to fix it myself.
