If you ever end up at Martinsville, you have to get a Bologna burger.

At the end of the open house the hoods were hanging on a wall so she had a few guys take them down, at the same time Jack, Matt, and Carl walked by and Jack said you boys need to autograph those hoods. They just sold for $1200 each, I hated to see them go but it was time. I was a Tony Stewart fan for many years, he seemed to be the one that started all the big names leaving one by one.
We were at Daytona and saw Tony when he flipped up in the air on the back stretch. It happend right in front of us. I have a picture somewhere of the that.

Jimmy isn't having the best of luck so far. If you are not watching, he just had a tire go down and tore up his primary car.

Yep it was. We where also there and watched Sterling Marlin get out of his car and try to fix his fender. I couldnt figure out what he was doin. But probably the most classic thing I think I saw in the 20 something yrs of goin to Daytona was when the Kingsford Charcoal car went by us on the backstretch up in flames

I enjoyed the end. You are not going to find a closer or more exciting finish, we at least since Ricky Craven's last Cup win.

My wife just came in with a new case of beer for us. It's going to be a good evening.

What I can't figure out is where the heck did the spring go this year? it seems like it was just winter and now it's almost summer. I always look forward to the Winston and then then all of the races on Memorial Day weekend and now it's here.

Ya those old clips are neat but make me feel old because I remember watching them. What used to really kill me was when they had those shows where they showed what they called classics and I was there at the race. UGH
