Are there noise-cancelling ear buds that amplify spoken speech (while driving)?

Has anyone heard of any lightweight noise-cancelling ear buds that would amplify spoken speech yet cut out ambient loud noise like the F53 grinding away all day? I have a pair of Howard Leight shooting muffs that allow us to all speak clearly to one another on the firing range without yelling, yet cuts out all the gunshots. And that's what I would like to find except in an in-the-ear bud format that one could wear all day while driving (yet still hear horns honking and GPS directions, etc). So it's not enough to just do noise-cancelling but it also needs to amplify someone talking (like wife or GPS instructions). Anything like this out there? All I seem to find have RCA jacks for MP3 or iPhone listening/calling. But that is not what I need here.

Some high end (read expensive) have both blue tooth and sound amplification with noise reduction. Primarily made for shooting sports and industrial uses they may work for you.

Search Electronic hearing protection. Amazon has dozens. Gun stores may allow you to try them out.

I have a set of Walker Razor in ear buds that I use at the gun range and for mowing. The one I have has noise canceling and bluetooth, it's handy to take calls when mowing, have to remember to turn it off at the range.
