I've spent so much money on what I want, all I need is to win and hit the enter button to get my stuff built and ordered.

I like one of the odds against winning..."You would have a better chance of being struck by lightning while you were drowning"... Got to love the odds makers. No need to purchase any tickets I have the winning one.. save your money

Ya'll crack me up! I spent $10 on quick picks and the sales clerk asked me if that was all? My response was if its meant to be, it's meant to be!

Agree 100%.
And, it is just a tax on the poor. Buying lottery tickets just perpetuates gambling and purchases by those who truly can not afford it.

Agree on all accounts -- but it's $1.5B, I bought 5 quick picks. I'll gladly throw $10 away for a very remote chance to win an obscene amount of money. Only the 3rd time I have ever bought power ball tix, but again it's $1.5B. Even if taking the cash payout after paying taxes you still have ~$500m.

Ditto here, first time to purchase ticket in about 10 years. Glad someone [or 3] won, I donated a total of $8. Not a fan as they hurt people who can't afford what they spend on lotteries. Where I live they call it the redneck retirement plan. Wife ask me what I would do if I won. While driving to pick up my pup from the vet [manhood clipped] I thought about it. Absolutely nothing came to mind. In the end, my thoughts with a huge pot like this one is it would cause more grief than joy. Given I have 15 + years left, $50 mil is more than I could spend and anything more would just lead to problems. I don't want to spend 1 hour of my remaining time worrying about how to manage my finances. Other than a few million to my favorite dog rescue shelter and a couple worthy friends, local church and a couple things my rural community could use; the rest, well, would just rot.

I might buy ONE ticket... cannot win without one .. but more don't really increase your odds..

Well, if stats are correct I have 9 years left on my heart valve before it will need to be replaced again.... and when asked what I would do with the $$$, the first thing that came to mind was all the charitable organizations that I would share the $$$ with. When you come down to it, I have most everything I need or want, if I want something, I will buy/sell some stocks and purchase it... maybe a niece small piece of property in the mountains with a stream where we can park the TT.
Don
I purchased 3 tickets... big spender.
