I saw that a while back and just shook my head....I wonder how much?

I also wonder how you pull up to a dock and not beat the heck out of the sides....

As a long time sailor, I can tell you, that on a windy day, this "boat" will get blown all over the water.
I bet the coast guard would just LOVE to rescue them.
