Secret to a long life - Dr Pepper
I wonder how long she could have lived if she didn't drink Dr.Pepper? Back when I was in college a half century ago and had a part time job mopping floors in the little cafeteria at the back of a drug store, the mechanisms for the syrup dispensers for the Dr. Pepper part of the soda machine would corrode umpteen times faster than the other flavors. If the nasty taste of Dr.Pepper wasn't enough to keep me from drinking it, that would have.

Flash forward to 11-16 years ago when I was working for a convenience store chain to supplement my pension, I had to clean the soda dispensers at night. The Dr. Pepper dispenser parts were always the nastiest ones of the bunch.

Classic Coke-for JD, we load up with real DP 10-2-4 w/PCS, only found in TX, then HFCS DP when depleted of real DP runs out while out of state. And IPA.

Diet Dr. Pepper. I was upset when McDonalds dropped it and now carries only Diet Coke.
At least I know that Taco Bell will not switch to Diet Coke, since they are owned by Pepsico.
