Cold & Rainy

It's 50 degrees and raining but we all loaded and ready to head out to Branched Oak Lake for the weekend. It is supposed to get nice tomorrow so we can sit outside to watch Nebraska Cornhusker football and enjoy good food, good friends & a roaring campfire!

Jealous! I lost wonderful fall weekend camping (his idea) to fall festivals and shopping (her idea).

Unhappy

Well, the weatherman lied. It was cold windy & wet Friday but we had hope for Saturday. We got up early Saturday had a great breakfast went outside & guess what? It was colder, wetter and nastier than Friday. We sat out under the awning a couple times but finally threw in the towel and headed home about 6 pm. I guess after 10 years of doing this we finally had the weather beat us.
