Commercial RV hauling

Great thread, love reading it. I am surprised that you use a wd hitch. I figured they wouldn't want the a frames marred during transit. Is that common practice?

Have not seen it first hand but heard of yards where a wdh is mandatory before leaving . Makes a world of difference with hose tonque heavy park models ever with a 1 ton tv. As far as marks on frames I''ve never noticed any damage. The pinch bolts are just snugged and the brackets have yet to move on units I''ve hauled.

Commercial RV hauling

Interesting. Definitely seems safer and easier on your truck to boot. Thanks for the info!

So do you tow them into Canada and sell them? Or do you tow them for private owners?

As with most rv haulers I am leased to another company. They secure the contracts and we haul them to the dealerships. I see you are in Manitoba....I deliver to GNR in Winnipeg and another one in Brandon.

I, too, very much enjoy seeing photos of the RVs you deliver. But are you ever going to deliver to a warm sunny place, and leave all the snow and ice behind ? LOL
