Dorthy, I don't think we are in Kansas anymore

Slide in ! Antenna down! Man the life boats!
We came to Cape Cod for a few days to visit friends and hang out at our favorite spots. The weather forcast was not promissing, but our activities did not call for sunny and 70 degrees anyways.
Well the wind has been unreal. Last night I actually retracted the slide, was afraid the awning topper would rip and put the antenna down.
One of our dachshunds, Hansel was actually whimpering and would not get off my wife's lap. I love to sleep in the rain and listen to it pitter patter on the roof, but this was more like someone was power washing the RV!
Still a few good gusts of wind, but the rain has stopped and they are perdicting sun this afternoon.
I know it is windy when even my dogs don't want to walk the beack
Definately will not be putting the awning out!
Saw the neighbors satellight dish blow down the road.
If I see Belinda fly by, I will let you know!:lightning:lightning:

At least your rig got washed. We had wind and snow yesterday, it covered the ground but finally melted.

That wasn't a good weekend in our area, either. Left central Colorado Friday, got booted off I-76 at Sterling because of snow and accidents there and on I-80. Took old highway 6, clear but feet of snow on shoulders, finally made it to central Neb. and I-80. Drove through rain, floods and/or high winds most of the way to D.C. BTW, advise all to avoid I-80 east of Illinois due to high tolls and constant 50mph limits clear across Indiana, Ohio and that God Awful Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-70. We'll return thru Columbus/St. Louis, KC.

CEKKK+ I hope you didn't have your trailer with you in all of that weather. I think spring time travel is the least predictable.
