NC Roamer is a slight variation of the username "NC Rider" which I use on a Honda Shadow forum.

The kids in the neighborhood tagged me .They knew my name as Ed.Their parents told them to call me mister something , but they didn't know my last name , so they called me mr. ed , the funny part was when they started calling my wife Mrs . Ed.

With kids having Grandparents on Mom's side and Dad's side plus step there are just to many to know who they are talking about. My house is surrounded by about 100 acres of woods. I could be Winnie the Pooh, but the Grandkids call me Grandma Woods. It stuck.

Not much too mine, I guess, it points to a time when I will be able to retire, relax, drive around the country and grow old with my dear wife. I own a ranch in AZ, so RULazy2 is a play on the brands for cattle. the lazy 2 simply means a 2 laying on its side. We named our ranch that and thought it was witty. Alas, at 39 retirement (at least the second retirement) is a ways off (my first is in two years, and I can't wait).

That's easy. Redenbacher is for Orville, a Valparaiso native.

And another bean counter from Texas too!! I know you are in South Texas somewhere Camper Bob, I'm almost dead center of the panhandle. The center of the universe for beautiful camping, boating, fishing, anything you'd want in the outdoors. 400 miles in any direction!!

Yeah, but I'm closer to the beach!!

You're closer Colorado though, I would really love to take the TT out to the Rockies one day... It would take me a day of driving just to get to you! I'm just East of San Antonio off IH-10.
