Oh come on, all snakes matter. But that's okay, we have lots more bandages where those came from.
We think the hosts were spooked because there happened to be an actual rattler just behind some of the other campsites across the road a few days earlier.
They were adamant about warning those campers with kids of the sighting.

This will turn into one of my 'where do you store your guns' (locked) threads at this rate.

Snakes are fine as long as I don't see them, they don't rattle, and I'm within medivac range.

My daughter kept, raised, and bread snakes. She was really good with them to. She made a few videos for educational purposes. She was studying to be a herpetologist.

At the time of her death, we had 15 snakes, and 2 geckos in the house.

Sorry for your loss. Watched the video, as a fellow RV'er, Youtuber, blogger, etc, all I can say is the community took a hit the day she left us. My condolences, sincerely. Made me tear up reading your post while watching her video, that's my own daughters age. I wont ask why / what happened. Thank you for sharing a little bit of her with us.

IF you kill snakes don't complain about mice in your RV.
