How did I miss that?

Would love to do that, but since I have to drive an hour and a half to our rural property every few weeks...I don't think the chickens would do so well..

I like 2 or 3 nice runny sunny side up eggs mixed into fried hash brown potatoes.

And everything HAS to be fried in bacon grease, or it just ain't right!

I like hard boiled eggs sometimes (not one of the poll choices for some reason). Never had pickled eggs.

True story:

Back in 1980, I gave birth to my second child. Interesting enough she had what appeared to be "frosted" hair (she had darker hair, but the tips were much lighter; almost blonde). I was sitting in the hospital bed holding my baby girl with the intriguing hair that the ward was raving about, when this guy comes in and asks ".. how did that happen?". Without giggling, I said that I like to dip pieces of bread in my 'over medium egg yolk' and that eating the yolk this way makes baby hair frosted (I happened to be eating breakfast at the time and expected him to laugh). He was amazed! Poor guy then walks out telling who ever would listen about his newly acquired knowlege about eating egg yolks and getting a baby with frosted hair! LOL

Over easy with side pork and hashbrowns.
Pooched with soft yolk and toast.
Fried with bacon grease and bacon or sausage and hashbrowns.
Scrambled with sausage.
Hard boiled with anything.
Deviled eggs any time.

All of these are a days work for the chicken and a lifetime commitment for the pig.

I'm not a huge egg fan but when I do eat them, it's usually scrambled in an omelette. While working night shift 5 1/2 years, I developed an aversion to typical breakfasts because when I got off work, I wanted to have supper and most places served only breakfast, mostly which included eggs. I'm only just now getting over that.

I like my scrambled eggs to be cooked but still moist. While prefer "Egg Beaters," it's not a deal breaker for me and I generally will not pay extra for them (yeah, I'm cheap). Even though I do not care for bacon (tastes too salty), the grease does wonders for the taste as long as the eggs aren't swimming in it. Same for hashbrowns.

I love deviled eggs but I don't get them all that often (I'm too lazy to make them).

First choice is over medium, cooked in olive oil and butter. Second would have to be sausage/egg scramble with cheese, done on the grill is cast iron skillet and put into steaming hot tortillas with home made salsa...love eggs...think I'll go get something to eat...:drooling:
