Is that the little stretch right off the 101 just before Ventura (Can't think of the name)? Where you park parrallel along the water?

We just changed our minds yesterday (we've stayed at the Ventura site before). We are staying at a RV site between Santa Cruz and SF, the name escapes me at the moment. It's high in the hills overlooking the Pacific.
Let me know the name. We may want to travel that way, but don't really have knowlege of cg's in that area
