His and hers campers?

I saw a couple in a newer Ram 3500 the other day. The truck was an extended cab with a TC in the bed and they were towing a descent size camper...about a 24-26' one. I can't imagine why anyone with a truck camper would also need a travel trailer. Maybe they like to sleep sperate or they let the older grandkids sleep in one why they sleep in the other? Thoughts?

The first thing that came to my mind was that the truck camper was for Dear Mother-in-Law.

My wife SNORES!!! There are times that even going back to a bunk in the rear of the trailer isn't enough to get away. Maybe they have a similar problem? LOL

Could be he uses the TC for hunting fishing trips and they use the TT for longer trips or they both weekend in the TC.

Some people find it easier to leave the TC on the truck or maybe they have no place to store it at home.

About a month ago I saw a Class C towing a travel trailer that was 24 to 26 feet long traveling north on I81

My wife, Snorzilla, has a bunk in the back of our 26BH, and I have a bunk in the front. Maximum separation. Two campers could make sense if one spouse is noisy.

It could also make sense if you traveled to your destination in some distant state, and stayed at the same RV park for a couple weeks. You could leave the trailer behind as you go visit the car museum, fishing, etc., and still have your home with you in the parking lot, for lunch, relaxing, and bathroom.
