Home again

After four days of travel and staying in campgrounds we are home. Our trailer now has a cargo rack installed so I can carry some things withour jamming everything in the truck. If anyone is thinking about getting the rack you should order it with the trailer. It cost me $700 for the rack, $465 for frieght, and $300 for the install. That amoundt to right around $1400 for a $420 option at the factory. World Wide RV failed to order it when we ordered the trailer and then told us it won't fit on a 330RLTS. Well thanks W W rv it fits just fine.

We also had a small list of warranty items like loose trim, wrinkled tape on all the slides, and an uneven stove. These were all obvious faults and the dealer in Idaho had to photograph each one and send it to Jayco for approval. I guess those things will get fixed in the fall when we return to Idaho Falls. I also pointed out what I thought were bubbles in the decals. The tech at the dealership said they were bubbles in the fiberglass. I am not very happy about that. The bubbles were photographed with the other problems so they are now documented.

Glad you made it home ok. If it is going to cost me that much for the rack than I don't think I will get one. Hope that everything else gets fixed next time. Take care. Ernie

A cargo rack is on the list for our next trailer.

Clutch, when you do return to Idaho Falls please stop in and say Hi. I'd love to meet you. I'm the part manager for Broadway Ford in I.F. and our body shop does a lot of work for Bish's. I know you winter in Parker and I have a place in Quartzsite. Harry

HarryW, we will be in Idaho Falls in September. We like to arrive in Parker around Oct 1st. It is a small world isn't it?
