Home Security

Anyone ever have their security alarm go off at night. Ours did last night, talk about a rude wake up. After this happened the monitoring company called right away, it showed a kitchen door open (it was not). They said probably something failed on the system. The system that almost failed was my heart, my wife walked the floor the rest of the night. I guess we will have a service call on Monday, nothing was out of place around my house, so I would say something on the system messed up

Could someone had opened the door, heard the alarm, then shut the door before boogalooing?

We have an alarm system too. It includes a motion sensor also. I really rely on it for peace of mind (even though nothing's 100%).

They might have. No matter how you try to rest after something like this its just hard to get it out of your mind. It would take a brave or just plain dumb person, to try and break into someone's house with them in it.
