It's not the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but it's a tower and it's leaning
I'll bet there are a few of you that recognize this ...

When I was a kid, we would make this annual grueling (remember, I was a kid!) days long journey on Route 66 from So Cal to Milwaukee. Great memories. We stayed at some really kewl little motels along the way

Yes, Healthi and Chipper, it's Groom. There must be a lot of RV traffic on that road. We were on our way from Cincinnati to Las Vegas, with a 2-day stop at Grand Canyon NP.
That was a long trip, So Cal to Milwaukee, it still is, but I know what you mean.

I drove past that once! And I knew it was Texas as soon as I saw it. Isn't there a giant cross standing along that stretch of highway too?

Yes, about 2 miles west of the water tower is the 19 story tall cross on I-40 (old Route 66)
