Last nights REALLY SEVERE weather

I hope all our members are safe and have no damage after last nights severe weather including tornadoes in VA and NC. Just across the bay from us in Deltaville and Gloucester County there is heavy damage and fatalities. The most tornadoes I can ever remember in this area, the Doppler radar was really lit up. I understand NC had at least 90 tornadoes with Raleigh being hit hard. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by these storms.

I was just watching the news as I read your post - very scary stuff... We too hope all is well. Friends of ours are returning north from wintering in Texas; last we heard, they had both sat dishes ruined, but, were safe...

This spring some parts of the country are really getting hammered. We had a wind storm a couple of weeks ago and a large treefell across one of our garages and totaled it. One of the reasons we came home early this year. Tomorrow the demo man will take it all away for us.

It seems that we had more severe weather and 46 people died as a result last night. This has been a tough winter and spring.
