Last one to comment wins!

Will you be the lucky winner? Last one to comment makes you the winner! Share some good news, give a weather report, say hello,... you get the idea. Have fun!

Beautiful morning here at the campground enjoying coffee with family. Sunny clear blue skies at around 50°f in NE Indiana. High of 85°f according to the weather guessers.
Grab a cup of Joe and have a wonderful day. Donuts available, too. Help yourself. Enjoy!

This must be the week for cool camping mornings. We are camped beside the Youghiogheny river here in South Western PA. 56 degrees as I type this. I really should get the coffee going now that you mention it.

At work right now making a menu for our camp trip next weekend. Thanks to the storm eventually headed our way from the Gulf I am guessing that the Coosa River will be near if not at flood stage.....again. Last 2 out of 3 trips it's been at flood stage so fishing (main reason for going there) had been dismal at best.

I'm branching out our menu this trip. We did lamb on the Blackstone on Tuesday and I'm going to attempt lemon chicken on it for lunch today.

It's a shame that you can't do it at all. We don't do lamb very often. But, I love it. We've bought a boneless leg from Aldi's and marinated it in Lupo's Spiedie sauce (The NY Crowd will know what I'm talking about). It turned out great.

Don't think I've ever had lamb.

I see the Blackstone is quite popular. DW is itching for one. Maybe I could ask for one for Father's day and give it to her. Lol

I just have the small 17" one. Plenty big for the 4 of us camping. Meat, potatoes, pancakes, etc. seem to come out very well on it. I still can't get the hang of eggs though. I keep burning them.

I'm amazed to see cooks grill eggs on a hot grill and cook them to perfection so quickly. My DW is really good at eggs; me not so good. I can do it, but not as good.

Think I remember reading that the little bit bigger grill has a more even heat distribution across its surface.

To those enjoying cool mornings: Ouch! It’s 90* here at 9 a.m. and expecting 112* today and tomorrow. Enjoy it where you are at!

Turn the heat down an butter, good bit of butter. I never set my burners on more than about 1/4 or just a tick higher

Really good for sausage an egg biscuits. Perfect size. Recommened more so for wompum biscuits than Cathead biscuits.

Well, we're talking dinner plans now. But got pancakes on my mind for tomorrow morning. We have awesome donuts here, too. Another ritual we have here at the campground. Donuts and local pizza. Yum, yum!

When we are at the campground we are at this week, we make it a point to order pizza and sandwiches at least one time while we are here. Excellent little restaurant at the campground and they deliver to the site.
