I went online this morning and was required to login. I was unable to do so with my usual information so requested a reset of password. I received that reset and temporary password but it would not let me in either. I tried several things several times and finally we registered with the new ID and email address.
So I'm wondering a couple things. First of all, why does the temporary password not work? And secondly, how does one contact an administrator?
I could not remember my password. I went through the password reset process and never received a link/email to reset the password. I just started putting in random passwords I have used and hit on the correct one. I still have not gotten a email from Jayco owners forum. This has been 3 hours ago.
