login issues ???

I went online this morning and was required to login. I was unable to do so with my usual information so requested a reset of password. I received that reset and temporary password but it would not let me in either. I tried several things several times and finally we registered with the new ID and email address.

So I'm wondering a couple things. First of all, why does the temporary password not work? And secondly, how does one contact an administrator?

Thanks, I got back into my original account using the email address. Now having difficulty with PM. Just like the Redskins I'm not having a good day!

There is now a notice when you first hit the site explaining why you use your email instead to login.

This week as you login you will be prompted to use your e-mail address and password instead of your username and password.

I could not remember my password. I went through the password reset process and never received a link/email to reset the password. I just started putting in random passwords I have used and hit on the correct one. I still have not gotten a email from Jayco owners forum. This has been 3 hours ago.

Well, I got in on my tablet after senecs' post but kept getting rejected on my cellphone. Finally realized I was still using my user id.

Guess that's no help to you though.

I just had to use my email to get in.

I used my e-mail and went right in. Guess that i was holding my mouth right
