Map of states and provinces

Hi all.. I notice on many of the poster signatures, you have a map of usually the US but sometimes Canada as well that shows the places you have traveled..



How do I make such a picture?

This is the one that I use. Set the Map Size to "Small" in the pull down before downloading if you intend to use in signature or avatar details as that size seems to work the best there.
