Need your 2 cents on this please

When I bought my 2017 Jayco Grayhawk from some immaculate owners, it came with a huge whole RV cover in a bag and 4 covers for the tires.

They had installed a queen size dual sleep number bed, so each side has it's own air hose and the air pump is in a storage bay under the bed.

Finally, I'm about to replace the entire front drive and suspension and some rear springs that are less then 3 years old which are rated for 7500lb each. The front axle, rotors brakes, springs, shocks, everything you find under the Ford E450 front end - gone and for sale.

My question to you good folks across various forums is: How much should I ask for on these things? I have no idea about them, I have no need for them, just need to move it along to somewhere.

Thanks in advance if you have some amicable answers.

Are you wanting to get rid of everything you mentioned, or just the old front end, and brake pieces? The previous owner spent some serious money on the bed ($2k, not on sale), and several hundred on the cover.

Are you putting a 4-WD front axle in it? Transfer case and new drive lines? Making it really 4-Wheel drive? YEAH!!! if your are.

Very curious about your project and the reasons behind it! I will be attending the All Ford Nationals in Carlisle PA this weekend and will ask around at the vendor / swap / sale tables for you if you want. Lots of die hard Ford guys there (me included) from all walks of life.

Now here is an intelligent reply, with formerly not know facts lending some value to the question and of the products.

And to this I reply = Yes sir, I want to get rid of everything as it is utterly meaningless to me and in my way. I know the former owners spent big bucks on the new leaf springs they installed to raise the back, because I have the receipt with parts numbers and I know the company here, Gitt Springs.

This is of course arbitrary but some of you have some real world information to share that is helpful before I post on craigslist for $50.

THANK YOU

@ SloPoke yes, I am doing the whole shebang. I'm going w 6" lift fr and rr, F550 straight axle, oversized brakes, full 4x4 w transfer case and front leaf springs and shocks, aluminum fr winching bumper etc. The parts are delayed and won't land in WA till Sep so none of the wrenching can be done yet

In the mean time I'm trying to get all the electrical stuff done, the WiFi Lte router and antenna installed (currently here in my apt running this very laptop while connected to xfinity), Lorex 4K x 4 security cameras and DVR, 400AH+ of lithium batteries, solar panels etc. I'm adding garage type storage cabinets in the slide where I removed the dinette and sofa. I'm putting my 75" Sony on a massive swing arm that locks in to place in the wall when driving.

Typical projects full of delays, cost overruns, unforeseen obstacles and researches and frustrations. A straight answer to a simple question really comes in handy in a forum doesn't it?

Also I would like to use this space to fist bump the mods, they know who they are.
