Oldest commercial campground

Thought it would be interesting to see if we can determine the oldest commercial campgrounds in North America. Definition of “Commercial” shall be location renting individual sites to individual campers.

Oldest one we have stayed at was Mountain Pines in Champion, PA. Opened in 1922

We've had six short stays there and it's possible that their statement is true.
Every stay is a little nicer. There's a lot of old stuff to replace so don't base your opinion today on old reviews.
