Yep. And what it says is true. I worked 5 1/2 years on third shift just before retiring for keeps. A little over two years later, I still suffer from what I affectionately call "shift lag" ((I have other, more accurate and descriptive names for it but Mama told me not to use those words). I have trouble sleeping at night but I can sleep like Rip Van Winkle during the day.
