Ordered SOB 5th Wheel

I placed an order today for a 2013 Excel Winslow 5th wheel. I should take delivery on October 10.

While we were trailer shopping I became active on this forum when the Jayco Pinnacle was high on our list. It is a nice trailer but we chose SOB for various reasons.

I will probably visit this forum occasionally in the future. If you ever have any RV or destination question, don't hesitate to contact or PM me.

I have enjoyed my time here. It is an active forum and entertaining to read.

Hope to see you around the campfire someday......

Congrats on the new 5'er! We may consider an upgrade to a 5th wheel next year. Oct 10th is a long time to wait. Enjoy the countdown and let us know how it goes

When it is being built from scratch to specs, you have to be patient. Excel builds their own frames, cabinets and most of their furniture.

I was lucky to get an October 10 date. Most of their current orders are scheduled for November delivery!

Good luck with the new 5er. That sounds like a quality brand, I particularly like the in house frame building! Enjoy.
