I have tried all them so called dollar shave clubs and find the blades just are not as sharp and as painless as the Gillette Blades. As much as I dislike the new England patriots I still continue to support them by buying the only shaving product that works for me!!!!

It felt like each hair was being pulled out individually not cut and my face had the worst case or razor rash you can imagine.

I did find the correct power adapter later that day and have never used a blade of any kind since. That was in 1990.

As far as cost is concerned, I have two Braun electrics, both rechargeable. I alternate using them and buy a new set of cutters about every two years and the razors are approx 10 years old each.

No blades for me.

Before switching to Dollar Shave Club I too was a Gillette user. The first time I shave after switching I thought I had made a mistake, but 3-4 shaves into it my skin and technique got used to the new razors. Now 6 months later these blades work great.
