Seen a new Mobile Suites

Went to visit a friend this past week. She works for a RV Dealership. Saw a new Mobile Suites in there inventory, went to look at it, salesman came out and we started to talk. Let me tell you that it was beautiful inside and out. Real wood interior and upstaires was the living room. Everything was made for fulltiming. We asked him the price and was told $202,000.00. I asked if they sold anymore that were like that and was told they sold 3 more 5th wheels for over $180,00.00. Now don't get me wrong it was very nice but in my opinion not really worth it. Beside that he said that you need a very heavy duty one ton or even a 450 deries to tow it. But it had to be a dually.
