Shuttle Discovery flying over D.C.

We are presently at Cherry Hill RV Resort in MD and today we visited Mt Vernon on the Potomic River in VA. We were lucky to be standing on George Washington's front lawn to watch the 747/shuttle and the fighter jet escort fly past. People in downtown Washington got a good show as it flew over the different government building and monuments. Took some great pictures but I forgot my cord to download the picture to my computer

I saw the shuttle fly over my backyard once on the 747. Worked as a contractor for NASA for 12 years at JSC and I got to see a launch of Atlantis at KSC.
