What a cool video! I have always wanted to go down for a launch....I work for an airline and we used to be able to fly the ****pit jumpseats for free before that idiot Bin Laden...I was going to go down for a launch and he screwed things up!

Welcome! Dont worry about gas prices...I think they will come down again...I used to laugh at my folks when I figured up the price of the RV, gas, TV, etc...then I figured out it is not about saving money....

Enjoy!

Edit: haha...guess there is something wrong with the place the pilots fly the plane that the forum does not like

We actually lucked out and got see a 2 week delayed shuttle take-off when we got to Florida for a cruise four years ago! We see launches all the time near where we live, but there was something cool about seeing the shuttle launch!

That was a good video. My son went to Florida to watch one of the shuttle launches.
