True story....first time out, we wake up to the distant sound of a duck quacking at 6 dark hundred. I go outside to cook breakfast and the quacking isnt distant, it's muffled. An hour later, our neighbors emerge from the camper with a duck.....on a leash.

There was once a family next to us with a rabbit, on a leash. Very quiet pet.

That one could have been us.

Of course, we also have a little Pygmy goat now that we are wondering what to do with when we go to the fair this year with our "big" goats. Thought about taking her with us. The sign says no dogs allowed on the fairgrounds, doesn't say anything about no goats at the campers. She is now up to 11 lbs, when we got her she was only 3.

We were still bottle feeding our Pygmy during a Memorial Day Weekend Camping trip. She stayed with us at the state park.

we had a nightmare lady staying next to us last year...it had rained really hard the night before and apparently the new tent they got at walmart had leaked and they were staying for more than one night..she was screaming at 6am at her poor teenage son to get the thing packed up so they could return it...her voice was insane, especially when you are hungover in a tent next to her..i felt so bad for the boy who obviously does everything for her...i can still hear her screaming
