Granted, but now you will use up all your vacation days before vacation starts.

Wish I didn't have to have these tests tomorrow. I wish I wasn't also scared of the results..

Granted! It is now the day after you posted, and you aced your tests! Don't worry. Be happy!

I wish the weather here in Northern Minnesota would warm up. We just lost the last drift of snow in our backyard yesterday, but it is still cold and rainy.

Granted....the weather has warmed up....but it's Christmas Day and there's snow in the forecast for tomorrow.

I wish there was an easy way to get rid of the Carpenter Bees who are making swiss cheese out of my deck...

Granted, your deck has been eaten by the bees and they have left.

I wish tomorrow would hurry up and come.

Granted!...it's tomorrow. Unless at 2:00am you were thinking of TOMORROW-tomorrow...in which case it's still today.

I wish tomorrow was over along with my presentation (which I haven't written yet)

Granted! You did so well your boss wants you to present the same presentation at the next board meeting

I wish I'd get the call I'm hoping for so I can get the promotion and move so my daily commute is shorter.

Granted....you got the promotion and your commute is shorter!.....but you find out your staff is shorter, too....(cutbacks)

I wish gasoline prices would stop spiking at the hint of future increases....only to come down a weeks after delivery prices are dropped.
