Granted, but the dam is about to break and you're going on one heck of a ride.

I wish I could find a mansion on Sanibel Island for about $150K.

Granted, however the Envoy installed it's brake pads backwards, increasing speed when activated.

I wish it would snow more.

Granted. It is now 110 degrees with 95% humidity, 24/7. And when this transformation occurred, it caused all air conditioners to stop working and they continuously blow hot air.

I wish I hit the Powerball last night.
