I am a new member and I posted a comment on a thread and it says this comment is moderated. What does that mean? Did I screw up already, only been a member for a day or so, yipes!!!

I know that if you post a comment in the "Groups" section of JOF you will get the "moderated" statement. It doesn't mean that anything is wrong with the post, only that before it is viewed by others the person who maintains the "Group" or a JOF moderator will view the post first.
All of the posts in the Group I have started are moderated. We've been trying to not have that happen but it keeps happening and if I'm camping they may not get posted too quickly. Not what I want but it is what it is.

It was a post on a group site for Melbourne owners.
OK I just looked at that, please disregard that "this message is being moderated" deal. I think it simply is a general generic message letting everyone know that the group site will be checked for content by moderators just like the rest of the forum. Cheers.
