towing a TT with an RV

We were camping last week and riding our bikes through the campground when we saw this rv with a TT hooked up to it on one of the sites. we thought maybe they bring the inlaw apartment along, one for the adults one for the kids, one for the pets one for the humans...........

Perhaps they are camping with friends and wanted to visit while traveling. Or maybe just saving the cost of another campsite.

A friend of ours has a 5the wheel and they pull a small cargo trailer behind it. They use the cargo trailer for their quads. It also has some fold down beds for overnight trips when sightseeing in the area.
