We Are Grandparents!!!

At 6:01 pm yesterday our 1st grandchild was born and in "baby talk" said, Hello World!!! What a wonderful blessing she is!!! She weighed 8lbs 14 oz. She's 20.2" long and she is perfect!!! Everyone is doing fine. They should come home today. Thank You, God!!!

Congratulations. Now I'm sure you cannot wait until the time you can take that little girl camping. There are not many things better than taking a grandchild, or grandchildren on their first camping trip.

Congratulations! How exciting for you. Our grandkids (3) have been camping with us for many years. Funny, but the two boys (13 & 11) won't sleep in the cabover bunk because they are afraid of falling out! The 10 year old girl loves the bunk and begs to stay with us even though her parents have a large fifth wheel and are always with us.

Enjoy. Spoil her rotten! That's what grandparents are for.
