While de winterizing, thought I would play with the TV and stereo to get the TV audio to come through the speakers.

Actually more straightforward than I thought. During the install, Jayco ran audio L/R cables to the AUX 1 Input on the Jensen unit. I simply plugged these into the Audio Outputs on the TV then turned off the speakers in the TV settings.

Attached two pictures.

Loaded up TT with fresh water and all camping needs. Checked Equalizer and made an adjustment that brought TT to near perfect level, just a hint of more weight to front. Leaving in 3 hours for 1st camping with this new TT.

Just finished prepping the TT for next weekends trip to Palo Duro Canyon (TX). I had to go out of town at the last minute tomorrow morning and won't return til Thurs night, so had to get everything ready to go today. The DW will go on Thurs and turn on propane and stock the fridge. I'll come home Thurs night and tow TT home for the trip. Never been to Palo Duro...so very much looking forward to it!

Left the CG and brought it home. Cleaned it out and drove over to the storage lot.

More bling

More stuff to update the looks of the OLD trailer. Just added the aluminum diamond plate to the front. Just need to do the new graphic on the bunk cover.
Then I'm sure I'll find more stuff to do!

Today I started the process of getting my Jayco ready to sell as it's time to move to something bigger.

Want to make sure the new owner gets a trailer that's completely ready for camping so I:
-put in a new battery as the old one was starting to wear out
-cleaned out the black tank
-replaced the weatherstripping on the entry door

Next comes the fun part- emptying our stuff out...

Pulled it around the block....
Needed to reposition it to raise one side (get rid of the boards) and have more room between the TT steps and our courtyard wall.

Also needed to practice backing into our side yard. It's a little tricky, but practice makes perfect. Getting better...
Not yet perfect...

I took some supplies over to the storage lot and put them in the trailer. Thought of other items we need, locked up and drove back to our house. Enjoyed every minute of it!

Cleaned both a/c filters and reinstalled. They were in need, but since they are both running most of the day now, it was time.

Storage check; we've had lots of rain lately so I always like to get over to check for leaks (found none). Put some more water in the toilet to keep the seal wet (I'll eventually remember to bring the vegetable oil).

I'm getting kind of antsy to go out, I got some new toys to try out!

Sorry to hear about the problem.
Makes me worry now about leaving ours hooked up during the week while we're not there.
