Is it just me or was that a lot of stuff to remove? I didn’t think I hauled around much but when you see it all piled in one spot in the garage, it’s really eye opening

Turned a truck storage box into a nifty generator container which sits on my storage rack. Now i can run it while dry camping and have it locked up safe.

Installing mid-ship stabilizer jacks. Picked up a pair of Eaz-lift 24" 7500lb off of Amazon.

Drained & flushed water heater, blew out water lines, put RV antifreeze in the p-traps, & put on tire covers. Sadly, our 2018 camping season has come to an end.

Winterized my trailer. Took all the liquid stuff out. Made sure all tanks are empty, Water lines and P-Traps have antifreeze in them. Scrubbed the floors, washed the trailer.
Now, all we got to do is move her along side the house...if it ever stops raining long enough for the ground to dry out, or freeze (which ever comes first) then cover her.

You are exactly right Tom....... I could hardly walk in my garage after I unloaded the RV.

But I guarantee you klassic hauls more stuff than you and me and Dan all combined!! LOL

I would rather have extra things in the camper and not need them, than need something and not have it.

Couldn't agree more. Way more stuff than I thought, but like jasum, I also carry some extra stuff just in case. Something I learned from my FIL while sailing with him, especially as you can't just run to the hardware store when on the water.

Towed through the snow to the spring and axle shop, camber was out. Everything else checked great.
Ready for tires in the spring.

Dropped it off at the dealer to be picked up and taken back to Indiana for the sidewall crack repair. Feels weird coming home and not seeing the trailer in its usual spot.

Yes. They are picking it up and towing it back to repair. Then they will bring it back after completing the repair

Change out suspension from 3500lb to 4000lb springs. It bottoms out and hitting floor. They said they would probably change the Moryde 3000 to the 4000 which would raise it up 1in. Also may need to replace roof, several staples poking up but not thru roofing yet. Kitchen slide installed to close on one end and cutting grove in side of slide every time it opens and shuts. Wiper sill on dinette slide about 1/2 in short and makes no contact with slide roof. staples on slide roof poking up. Trim on driver side overhang sagging. loose floor between island and bunk room.

Should come back ready for next year. I didn't let it stop me from going. I just ran light as possible and kept going. Camped 34 days this year.
