I finally got around to reworking my front grey water tank drain port location.
Original drain port was located about 20 ft to the middle of the RV (see pic 1)
and had ground clearance of about 6" - several camp sites previously we were at this grey tank drain was below the sewer connection and was a pain to drain/dump... also, several times this drain almost snagged on low ground clearance items, like speed bumps, etc...so thought best to relocated it several feet forward closer to the grey tank valve - maybe will now be able to use the back flush cleaner valve to help clean this tank out...and the sensors...
letting the glue dry overnight before I attach the support bracket...we will see
if this helps with cleaning the tank, and better dumping, even though I have to use an extra link of hose to connect...

Took Colby’s lead and went down to the rig to check my regulator. Since it is the same trailer and year, I figured I’m hosed (no pun intended) and will need to have it replaced. But no, we lucked out! Our Winntec apparently was made just before the recalled batch, according to the date code. Here’s where it is if you want to check. Guess I better go play the lottery!

I may just set it up in the bedroom on my side of the bed and use it in the mean time!
Nice score! Couple question, does that need to be vented to the outside? And does it have a water tank that would need to be filled/emptied?

It does vent to the outside with an adjustable plastic piece to fit in a window. It does not have a water tank that needs to be filled/emptied. BUT the unit also operates as a dehumidifier and comes with a hose that you can run to a bucket or out under a slide. It also has a heat pump function.

Take some pics when you get it in the trailer. I'm curious to see how you vent that outside with trailer windows. The only one have without furniture in front of it is the hall window across from the bathroom door.

Well I finally finished replacing springs, installed wet bolts, and new Morryde RE shock suspension (old ones worn and cracked) and new shocks. It's amazing what you find to repair when your underneath your trailer.
When I get back from Tahoe I will be installing Solid Steps and eazy lift (cause I'm old) .Doing this all by myself, Wife said next time take It and get It done. Heck no fun in that .

Decided I was going to run my outside fridge off the inverter I installed inside the 5th wheel. Removed the fridge cut a hole in the back wall ran the fridge cord inside. Removed the trim around the fireplace. Removed the fireplace. Ran the cord thru the cabinet up to the inverter. Plugged it in and turned on the fridge. And overload light. So I did figure out the starting watts of the outside fridge is over the 700 surge watts of my inverter. Back to the drawing board. Next on my list of items for the 5er is a bigger inverter and bigger cables.

Greased wheel bearings, cleaned wheels, dressed tires, cleaned windows, and spruced up exterior stuff, Found door windows I replaced were a tad bit loose so tightened them up. Few days back replaced tongue jack with nicer one. Placed the JOF decal on the front. I got a transparent sticker, thought I was getting one with the white background so I could put it on the tinted window at the rear of the TT so people would see it on the road. I was going to order another anyway so no big deal.

Ordered up a set of 4 Goodyear Endurance tires. I discovered today that the left rear tire has worn almost bald on the inside half. The other 3 tires are fine. My best guess at this point I left a little bit too much play in that bearing when I re-packed them in early March. Since then we've put about 4400 towing miles on which I'm sure is plenty to cause the issue. I re-torqued the castle nut and then finger-tightened it again and this time ended up with a bit less play. Given that the other 3 tires are fine this would seem to be the most likely explanation. First picture is the worn left rear, second is the normal left front. Both front and rear on the right side look normal as well.

I think I read the endurance tires are in short supply, now. It could be only specific sizes, though.

I've read the same thing. Checked two or three local places including a Goodyear shop - no inventory and unsure of availability. I ended up going through Discount Tire because they had a few in their AZ distribution center and will have them up here sometime between the 9th and 12th. I run the ST235/80/16 size which I think is less common.

Installed Maxx Air roof vent covers over the 2 roof vents. Ordered a stainless ball valve to replace the plastic water heater drain plug (got this idea from fellow JOF owners) and ordered gas lift struts for the under bed storage lid/mattress support.

Gotta get me those Maxx air vents. Had them on my last TT, but the newer one doesn't have them. That should be standard equipment!

Let us know if removing those rear vents helps your AC’s performance.

It is a 15k and I have added R6 sheathing to outside & tops of cabinet walls so even Arizona heat didn't slow me down. Before mod I was able to get 23-25 degree drop as tested in 112 degree Palo Duro Canyon two years ago. Hoping for 30 degree drop, which would be amazing.
