Checked the voltage of my 6 volt Trojan pair of batteries after being disconnected for two months - they held voltage at 12.68 vdc. Plugged the trailer into shore power and reconnected the batteries to give them a boost.

Checked operation of the water heater, furnace, air conditioner, water pump, stove and refrigerator. All working, as they were when I checked them out a couple of months ago.

I've finally gotten over feeling strange living in a house after full timing for 7 or 8 years. I originally planned to sell my trailer, but now that it's in such good shape after getting it prepped for sale, I've decided it's too nice to get rid of.

I firmly believe full timing is the best thing you can do to an RV. They have more problems when not being used. We have been on the road for over 3 years now and our 5er is in excellent shape with very little maintenance, other than preventative maintenance, needed. If I had it to do over again, I think I would buy a used RV from a responsible full timer instead of buying a new one. I like the idea of having someone else work all the bugs out

Bought a pair of 1/4 turn Sharkbite valves to put on the outside low point drains. That'll be a job for the spring when we flush the antifreeze out.

Put the DriZAir inside and covered her up for the long winters nap. Forgot to lace it with dryer sheets, so that'll be another day.

My DH figured out the issue with the exterior gas connector and we gave Jeff Bezos more $$ on accessories. Spent too much time trying to track down a Coleman Mach 8330-3862 that isn't being price gouged. Still looking!

First Class A Engine & Generator Service

We have had this 2019 Entegra Coach for four nows and we've put almost 1400 miles on it, so it's close to the 15000 mile mark on the odometer...There was no
maintenance record for the coach when we bought it and the dealer didn't know if the owner had serviced anything before they traded it in.... so for peace of mind,
I wanted to get service soon... We are full-time, so need an appointment and servicing option that we could do in one day so as not to have to leave it with the
servicing facility for more than one day....concerned with the house batteries draining and the freezer/fridge defrosting, etc.....plus we have places to be...
Used the Spartan RV Chassis app and found a servicing location on our route where we would be in about a month...got an appointment for that location.
Cummins ran a fall special for Premium Road Ready Coach package that did the 65 point chassis inspection, engine oil change, generator oil change, filters and fluids included...and got the air filter replaced as they said it needed... and all for a decent price...was done by 1530 that afternoon, and we were back on the road riding smooth and with little more confidence that we got the service done. Now we have a maintenance log with entry.

Sadly, camping season has come to an end. I have made an appointment to have a couple of items repaired. The first date available for drop off is December 5th and then another 3 weeks to work the FW into the shop schedule. That gives me until December 4th to work my checklist of service items and save some money.

Happy Trails!

Not for the faint of heart lol. Washed two days ago, and yesterday put a coat of Rejex on the entire camper. Took all day, and I was very glad to be finished.

That's a big job. On and off ladders is the worst part. Always wished I had some scaffolding.

Took it my mother in-law’s driveway. Washed the exterior. Amazing how dirty it can get in covered storage. Lubed all three slides, lubed all the slide seals. Scraped a bunch of sealant off the seals and trailer walls that had oozed from the slide outs. Also, scraped the putty that had oozed from sink drains. Almost seems like the same stuff. All cleaned up and ready for the weekend.

Had to do an emergency winterize this week. We don't normally get our first hard freeze until early November. We have a trip planned the end of October so I was planning to winterize on the last day of our trip.

But the weatherman threw us a curve over the weekend, predicting overnight lows in the low to mid 20s. So one night after work I made the 60-mile trek (one-way) to the storage shed to drain the lines and pump in some pink stuff

I have all sort of ladders at the farm, all too big or small lol, so I went to Lowes and bought an 8' ladder that helped reach the top sides of camper and front cap without having to get on the top step!! Still a job as you mentioned.

Finally got around to mounting my slinky fence post. Went with a few beam clamps and some threaded rods. Going to mount the small scrap piece I have left over right next to this one to hold fittings and such. That will let me eliminate an entire tote in storage.

It rained here yesterday for the first time in months, so with a flashlight, I inspected the inside of my TT for water leaks. All was dry.
