Went out to storage today and ran all the systems as well as took a closer look at the dealers work on my new slide out rack and sidewalk crack fix. Crack fix looked good. I have some concerns on the slide out even though it works better than it ever did. One of those take it apart and it doesn’t go back together the same type things. Never could see the block previously.

Wish I could find the post I stole this mod from to thank them ..... put piano hinges on the fronts of my u-shaped dinette seats so can now easily access the HUGE storage spaces underneath. Picked up some inexpensive soft baskets from the discount store for one side - now the perfect place to store shoes as it is across from the entry (and still space leftover!).
The DH pulled the kitchen sink in prep for the replacement (goodbye small double bowl silliness!) and we measured, measured and measured again to make sure the new, gorgeous workstation sink will fit. Also swapping the basic faucet for one with the pulldown sprayer.
Also got everything ready from a structural sense to replace the drawer under the cooktop with a built-in space for the Black-Friday-purchased combo convection oven-toaster-air fryer. I do what I can so the DH has less to do .
Removed the useless ‘accessory pulldown’ (not sure what you call that thing - fake drawer front to hold sponges, I guess?) and prepped everything to replace with a _real_ top drawer for kitchen utensils. Using the drawer from under the cooktop for all of the materials for this one.
We have an event at the end of March we’re using as an excuse to get all this done. Wish us luck!!

For everyone with this issue - check this out. I installed it for additional security as a female that often travels alone, but it’ll keep those doors closed while traveling for sure!!

Test Run
Drove our new Alante an hour away and took MIL to lunch. Wanted to see if there are any immediate problems before a big trip. Found out we may need to get the bin locks all adjusted as we can't get them to lock/unlock. And the passenger and drivers side screens don't want to slide open, our dog is not happy, haha.

One of the reasons mine is stored indoors over the winter. I spend enough time shoveling the driveway, I don't want to worry about the trailer!

Fixed my homemade stone guard. I ripped and bent it at deer camp last November and needed to repair it.
Posted it on our Youtube channel.

Put a protector in for the screen door. The little dogs have torn up every screen they can get to by standing up and pawing at it when we get back. They cannot get to this one.
(Edit: sorry it's sideways. Bad EXIF handling somewhere.)

Checked out the inside for the first time in weeks to see if any of the snow has melted and leaked into the living space. All was dry.

Well, not TO the RV, but FOR it. And the DW gets all the credit. She made this quilt incorporating T-shirts we bought at many of the national parks we’ve visited the past few years. It has Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion, and was more work than I’d ever tackle! It’s going on the bed in the trailer. And as a bonus, the pooch got a mini-quilt for his crate!

The quilt will look great out in the camper. You are correct that it's a lot of work to put something like that together. Your wife did a fabulous job on that. My wife has done similar for both the daughters using T-shirts from various events and activities that we did when they were growing up.
We are "crazy(?)" cat people so when we got our 195RB our oldest daughter made us a cat-themed quilt for the trailer. Part of the patterned stitching includes the names of all of the cats that have been in the family since she was little - 37 at the time the quilt was made. Of course we moved it over to the ORV when we upgraded. I need to see about getting it updated though as there have been a few additions since the quilt was made......

That’s awesome! Watching DW toil away for weeks gave me a real appreciation for the craftsmanship for those. I’d sooner wax the TT a dozen times than tackle something like. Kudos to your DD. Enjoy!

After picking up from storage this morning and bringing her home to set up for our trek to Catherine’s Landing, I figured out that I need to remove my TPMS sensors from the trailer wheels or someone else will do it for you! [emoji35] Guess I won’t have any TPMS on our trip to Hot Springs.
Looks like I have a small water leak behind the water manifold…it looks like one of those connex washers is bad…I’ll look at it closer when we get there. I’ve got everything I need if it’s something more.
Happy camping all!

That's brutal, sorry to hear about someone stealing the TPMS sensors, I just don't understand that mentality.

Sorry to hear about the theft. Some people !
I always pull my TPMS, that is how you shut the battery off to make it last longer.
We live in Hot Springs, and I must say Catherine's Landing is probably the best campground in town.

Picked ours from a local RV repair place where they replaced the front passenger side hydraulic leg that was leaking. Dealer was very good and sent a new one under warranty. Also replaced the board for the furnace, where it has gotten wet again. Long story, this is the third board, and this time we put in a dinosaur aftermarket unit, and repair place sealed the darn compartment. Hopefully that fixed it. They also fixed a bedroom sliding door that fell of the track in January on the way home from Florida. For this one I want to thank SC for their horrible interstate system, specifically I-95. They had to work on the tracks above the door as well as the guides on the bottom. Turned out to be quite a bit more work than anticipated.

Took advantage of a really nice sunny day to start getting the camper exterior back in shape after the winter. Gave it a quick wash and then hit the front cap with Meguiars Marine/RV One Step Compound. As you can see it did a really nice job. This is just the first step - I will be going back over it with a ceramic coating after I get the roof cleaning out of the way.
Also, the last picture is of a small chip on the cap. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to repair it so that more of it doesn't flake off.

Can’t help on the chip (I’m an aluminum owner) but the TT looks great! Nice job.
