Replaced both propane pigtails between tanks and regulator. Both had stopped passing propane. The two new ones solved the flow problem immediately. I didn't even know the pigtails had excess flow restrictors in them, but they do.

Put away some new dishes and towels. Getting ready to go see the Grandkids this weekend. Love the kids but boy do I look forward to a quiet glass of wine back in the trailer at the end of the day.

Gave bath in prep for this weekend of camping. Going to install some fishing rod hangers in the pass through storage today.

Flushed out a plug between my potty and holding tank. I have guests that didn't listen to my instruction on how much water to use when flushing. I am on a full hookup site so lots of water is my game plan. I picked up a wand from CW, hooked it to a hose and "down the hatch" it went. Plug was broken up instantly and all is well again. I have repeated my instructions to my guests and only hope it sunk in this time.

Maybe you should put a reminder sign on the wall for your guests to read while they're "seated".

Sorry, the above was a little off-topic. For the on-topic reply- I haven't even seen my Jayco in nearly two weeks, much less do anything with it. It's sitting in a campground waiting for the home base campsite at our house to be completed so it can finally come home and "live" with us. I just know the TT will be so happy being that it spent its first (almost) 15 years "living" in various storage yards and an underground limestone mine.

Began loading up for Monday's trip, turned on the fridge, and made some "blackouts" for the bunk windows hoping it will get the kids to sleep a little longer as well as help them go to sleep while the adults are outside with the fire and/or lights.

Quite a coincidence reading that you replaced your pigtails. I had to change over from an empty tank to the full one today, and on a hunch, I decided to test for leaks. Both pigtails were leaking at the points where the hose was clamped onto the fittings.

They are slow leaks, but still, any leak is too much. I found replacement pigtails on Walmart.com for about $10 each, and will order them for store pickup (free shipping)

I'm tempted to just get a single, longer pigtail and switch the connector to the second tank when changing tanks. Less apparatus means less stuff to possibly go bad. Since I don't have an automatic tank-switching type regulator, I don't see the need to have both tanks hooked up. A single pigtail would suffice.

I saw those things mentioned in another thread here, and they are pure genius. Wish I invented them! When I start moving around again, I plan to get a pair.

I dumped my tanks today, and since I have full hookups, I had to fill my grey tank before I dumped. I kind of overdid the filling, and water backed up in my bathtub. You wouldn't believe all the nasty stuff that broke loose from the grey tank walls.

After I got the grey tank drained and the tub cleaned out, I checked the fill level indicator panel. It now shows only one light on when empty. It's been two when empty for a long time. I guess I kind of cleaned the grey tank by overfilling it.

Other than that, I'm using the stovetop to slow-simmer a pot full of country style pork ribs I got on sale today ($1.79 a pound). They will be done shortly, and fall off the bone tender. A little drizzle of bbq sauce is all they will need. The smell is really making me hungry.

Took my 6 year old son with me to finally swap out the remainder of the incandescent lights with LED's and do some adjustments to my WHD. It never fails that my son has to go poop when we are out at the storage lot which is in the middle of nowhere! lol

Waxed the front end, filled propane tank, installed BAL Stabilizer Locking Arms (big difference in the amount of movement we now have) and a couple of other odds and ends in preparation to leave on Friday for 10 days of camping.
