Added an inline particulate filter to the incoming water line to my TT.

I ran some water into a bucket earlier this week to wash some fresh veggies I bought at a farm stand and the water had all kinds of crap in it- white chunks of plastic?, black grit, and slimy looking floaters. All this stuff has been going into my TT water system for the last 6 months, unbeknownst to me. Yuck! I feel better now that the water is being filtered.

I also flushed out my fresh water tanks, then filled them full of clean water, just in case I need it.

I have a particulate filter as well Bill. I have a 1 micron filter which does need to be replaced more often, but then it is catching "stuff" I don't want in my tank or in my coffee. At my home base site I replace it every 4-6 months. At the state park where I host in the summer I have to replace it every 2-3 weeks and this park is on county water so you never know what quality water you are getting.

I'm in the process of replacing the roof on my kiwi 23b (search forum for "major kiwi23b repairs"). What a job it is!

Since I am on my home base site until late December I removed my TST 507 system wheel sensors to save battery life. They will be reinstalled before I move again. I leave the ones on my truck on all the time.

I also reduced the water pressure from my outside spigot. It has increased 6-8 psi since I set up a couple of weeks ago.

Winterized it. Also made it easier for me to drain my HWT.

NOTHING!!! Because Tunce & I are just relaxing at Pismo Beach again today. She just had Cheese and Crackers and an Apple for lunch. Tomorrow she's going to Morro Bay for Happy Hour on the board walk. The ocean is about 400' behind us and I know" never turn your back on the ocean" but I had to take this pic. for ya!

Is that for an Atwood water heater and if so where did you get it? I have not seen one one of those brass in plastic drains before, looks like a good idea so the brass is not touching the aluminum.

I made it. Took the original plug out, drilled a hole in the middle, and threaded the brass valve into it.

Well just got back from Thanksgiving camping. Went down to Ferndale Wash.
Frist time across the border. No problems.
Had to fill the tanks down there. Much cheaper.
Spend $ 15 in the Silver Reef Casino ( big spender)
Got a key chain
3 nights in the parking lot
Then over to the Cedar RV camp ground for 3 nights

Pulled over coming back into Canada. (No front Lic plate)
They had to make sure it was me driving the truck and trailer.
They walked around the truck and trailer. Saw the dog
and said it was me.
They had to back me up. could not go through the parking spot.
