Took a picture of my X20E which I store behind my home, covered in Snow and started looking forward to camping season where DW and I have already booked for at least 30 Nights already. I just don't know if I should laugh or cry.
And yes, I use my snow blower to make a path so I can get inside and check on it periodically.

Note: My neighbor spotted my Storage arrangment when he and his family moved in about 3 years ago and started parking his TT back there as well so we're like a little trailer park, LOL

Found a bit of a mildew problem today in the bunk area of my 26BH, in the back corner, right over the water heater. I just use the area for storage. The mildew was forming on the upper and lower mattresses.

I took the mattress pads outside and aired them out, then brushed them off. I ran a fan in the bunk area for a few hours to dry things out. Mildew was slight, but I can smell it on the mattresses. I guess I'll run a fan back there every once in a while to move the air around.

Bill, you need one of these to get rid of that mildew. I can get more than 2 cups of water every week and im not even using it.

Thanks Tunce. I've thought about getting a dehumidifier but never got around to it. I'll have to get one. But actually, I'd rather have been in the Arizona desert this winter again instead of up here by Puget Sound. LOL Kinda moist around these parts.

Guess I'm gonna have to start taking a closer look at the back corner of those bunks. I've been pondering installing a fan for comfort purposes for the eventual inhabitants of the bottom bunk, but now I might do it to keep air flowing down there.

Last night I reinstalled my now full 30 lb LP tank, dragged her home from storage, ran out the awning to let it air out and dry, switched the WH valves back to their normal position (from winterize position), opened the propane valves and bled the air out of the system, function tested the LP mode on the fridge, made a batch of ice.

More projects slated for the rest of this week including replacing the pressure relief valve on the WH...

We set up a dehumidifier on our galley counter, connected a short hose to it so that it drains into the sink. It runs intermittently to keep the humidity down to about 40%. Have to do it down here or we get mold from any leak or condensation.

Regarding the mildew problem in the bunk area of my TT, I did some exploring today and found that the water heater (right under the bunk beds) has a slow leak at one of the water line fittings.

I tried to tighten the fitting, but it still leaked a little. I bypassed and drained the water heater for now. I'll figure out the best way to repair it one of these days.

My wife uses a folding table for her laptop and such but couldn't get it close enough and she had to hunch over. Tried looking at some tables that slide underneath but the slide out mechanism is in the way.

Started looking at articulating trays that I could attach the back on the dinette bench. They were too expensive. Then looked at the old wall tube TV trays that where in use awhile ago. Had to invert it and make a slight mod but my wife loves it.

Wow! That is very cool. Does it lift off the bracket? I have never seen nor heard of these. where did you get it . . . and what other mods did you need to make? Looks like it has a lip along the inside . . .

Filled the FW tank, made another batch of ice, checked tire pressure, loaded up clean towels, evaluated replacement of bent link plates for WDH (ordering parts next month for an upgraded system to replace the bent plates), picked up groceries and stocked fridge and pantry.

It's getting close!!

Worked on my water heater leak today. Removed both the cold and hot PVC fittings from the back of the tank and cleaned up the threads. Glopped a good amount of Great White pipe thread sealant onto the threads and reattached the PVC fittings. Attached the water lines to the PVC fittings. Haven't turned the water to the heater back on yet. Waiting a bit for the sealant to set up. Will post back later as to whether the job was a success or a fail.

It was a success. No leaks at the water heater now. WooHoo!

Worst part of the job was when I disconnected the lower pipe connection. There was still quite a bit of water in the bottom of the WH tank, even though I drained all I could from the drain plug.

Because of something I mounted in the under-bunk storage area, it's gonna take a while to dry that area out completely. Overall, a good day.

Except for my trip to the orthopedic surgeon's office. I was late. Never saw the doctor, but talked to an assistant, who helped me plan out my next visit, so that was all good. But still, I had to buy a 6 pak on the way home. Need to chill.

And working on the WH made me have to twist around like a contortionist. My body is aching.

Here is the link to the item I bought at Walmart.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Peerless-P...Mount/11961336

It has a lip on one side. You could pull the pin and lift the arm out of the bracket.

That's a nice mod that will come handy at night sitting on the sofa and there's plenty of room for my beer and a bowl of popcorn. 14x25 is just about right.
