Installed my 5th airborne hitch. Also installed my new Intelljacks. Waiting for warmer weather and no snow. Maybe next weekend!

Today I installed my new digital thermostat and my locking cover on my fresh water inlet. That one took a while because I had to make a round hole square in the side of the camper. Plus I rearranged some things to lighten up my tongue weight. Nicest day in Indiana in quite awhile. No pics because I forget the camera.

I sure see a lot more activity in this thread now that spring is finally getting here for most of us.

This is a good thing.

re: What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?

Installed tv converter box and tested. Kids watched some cartoons. If there's gonna be much tv watching, there will be a new one bought. The little old Samsung that come with the camper is hard to look at now that I'm used to my flat screen HD.

I just filled my generator gas tank, including stabilizer in the gas, and ran the generator with both a/c's running for 1.1 hours. The generator worked perfectly.

Over the weekend, I rewired my AC unit to run off a digital thermostat. It uses relays to run the hi fan, low fan, cool with high fan, cool with low fan, and when it reaches temp, the fans shut off now.
Lots of work, lots of time running wire, making all the connections, and testing it.

Those RV furnaces do suck up the propane, that's for sure.

We pulled our new 17Z out of storage and started setting her up for future camping trips. Planning our first trip in the new 17Z the last weekend in April. Our Seasonal Site doesn't open till May 1st, so we'll get a head start with the smaller camper..

What Did You Do To Your Jayco TODAY?

Pulled camper to end of driveway, out of winter storage. Plugged shore line in and put slides out. Ready to start this year's mods. Awning LED lights, Boxee in the back, battery cut-off and Battery Tender up front!
