I actually did the following just before my trip to Road Atlanta last week.
I have had a problem on virtually every trip with my ceiling fan tulip lights. The 3 screws that hold them in come loose while traveling and the "tulips" fall out of their socket and only the light bulbs hold them up. I took them off completely since I absolutely never use those lights anyway. That didn't set well with my better half so I had to put them back up. A little "blue" locktite was used. I may never get them off, but they did make over 500 miles without falling out this time.

Today, I thought of all the repairs/mods I've done over this past summer and couldn't keep track...so I decided to list them.
1. Replaced bulbs with LEDs
2. Replaced the old 24 battery with a new 27
3. Replaced old tires with MAXXIS
4. Flipped my Dexter axles to level out my rig in tow and dropped the pin box
5. Serviced and repaired the bearings and brakes
6. Re-certified the propane tanks
7. Repaired an electrical outlet on the slideout.
8. Installed a receptacle with the USB ports built-in for cell phone charging
9. Replaced the vinyl outer window moulding
10. Replaced the blade seal, bottom seal and the cracked bottom flange for the toilet
11. Installed LED lighting in the front cargo hold (none before)
12. Installed a rear aluminum ladder for roof access
13. Installed a spare tire carrier on the back bumper to get it out of the cargo hold
14. Installed a bolt-on receiver on the rear bumper for a bike rack and tailgating table
15. Reinforced the rear bumper for the increased loads.
16. Repaired a roof leak at the front seam with eternabond.
17. Installed fridge fans for rapid cooling
18. Installed new fuse protection at the battery (nixed the glass fuse for the new ANL type)
19. Installed another towel bar in the bathroom
20. Replaced a indicator light cover
21. Installed new rear bumper end covers.
That's about it...for this season. Next spring...I've got to seal the roof membrane with the EPDM coating.

Wrapped the holding tank discharge pipes and dump valve housing with a heat strip. It's going to be in the 20's here for a few nights. Tomorrow, I'll add some insulation.

re: What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?
Cleaned out most of our "stuff" and winterized. I had been putting this off for awhile, not quite willing to concede the season, but alas it is here. Daydreaming til spring...

I'm sure glad I hooked up my external 150 gallon propane take a few days ago for the winter. It was 40 degrees here this morning and the forecast is for 34 tomorrow night.
I'm ready for winter, bring it on Mother Nature.

Cleaned out the bedroom roof vent fan. Which turned out to be more than a routine job. There were a lot of stink bugs that had been chopped up by the fan blades. I would have rather walked the dogs, but it had to be done.
Yeah, I'm tired of dealing with stink bugs. I wasn't happy to see freezing weather, but I can see a positive side to it.

I just made myself a cup of coffee and turned up the heat by a degree. No winterizing for me, I just stick it out year round. Of course I'm not in the north either.
