Weather has warmed up enough for me to reconnect my TT to the city water connection. And anyway, the pump started sputtering telling me that the fresh water tanks were about empty.

Cleaned out the 12" filter housing, and it was kind of nasty. This RV park uses well water, and green stuff tends to grow on the inside of the housing. Glad I don't drink the stuff!

Tried to troubleshoot the inop electrical portion of our water heater.... and ended up
causing the PEX fittings to leak ---argh, I hate those things...finally got the top one
sealed, but the bottom one still has a small drip...even after trying to seal w/ flex seal...
guess I'll be trying to replace them both tomorrow...and still don't have a working electrical
portion of the water heater - thus burning propane in this 29 deg weather....

Yesterday removed the only used once Furrion propane oven and capped the propane line... bought a gas sniffer to test the line...best investment we think
to date... putting our electric Brieville oven in the spot where the propane oven was...now have to get rid of the propane oven....

Great install AKRUEBBE, I love it when I can stack things in my RV neat and clean.

I may hook mine back up today, but I have plenty left and we are looking at one more night in the low 20's tomorrow. My fresh tank is 89 gallons so I'm still good after just 2 days on it.

Looked at it as I was brushing the snow from the windows of my truck on my way to work. While at work, dropped some serious coin to upgrade my boondock electrical system. Bought two 6 volt battery boxes and two 6 volt golf cart batteries. I'm replacing nearly new group 24 deep cycle batteries that came with the coach. While doing my research, the group 24 batteries are rated 130 minutes at 25 amp draw. the 6 volt golf cart batteries are rated at 132 minutes at 75 amp draw. I figured I would bite the bullet before I retire at the end of next month and give up my employee discount.

Fridge quit working on A/C during -12 degree snap...no wonder. Will work on propane, so ordered refrigerator heating element. The unit will be three years old in April...

Did my monthly storage check and generator run. Surprisingly, everything fired up perfectly. Usually the house battery is somewhat discharged and has a little trouble turning over the genny, but not today, it kicked right over. Thankfully the rig was already winterized, and lines were all blown out before our little weather event, 6 degrees would’ve broken something for sure. Looks like we came through this one unscathed, thankfully...

Checked on ours today too...just wanted to check for any water intrusion. Didn’t find any, but we’ll do a full evaluation next week before we go down your way to San Antonio.

I just finished installing the RV Airflow system in my 30ft travel trailer. It has one 15k Coleman Mach AC unit that is now going on 4 years old.

I watched a bunch of installation videos and had my AC ready to go when the package arrived. I had it installed in about 40 minutes. The only problem I had was sliding the foam into place because it was very tight around the plastic duct inserts. Mixed up some dish washing liquid, put a light coating on both the foam and the inserts and it just slid right in. Perfect! Buttoned it up and ready for the big test.

I have a wind meter and before the install I measured between 7 -9 mph at both ends of my trailer from the ceiling vents. After the install I measured between 18 and 21mph! So breezy it blew the install sheet right off the table! Now my wife is worried it will be getting too cold in the trailer with the AC on.

Well worth the money spent, and if you watch the video to the end they show a discount code that saved me a few bucks.

Yup, it works. But if you're handy and have some time and like to tinker its a DIY weekend project.
Just using silver tape I increased mine. Eventually I'll do the tighter foam DIY project.

I spent quite a bit of time sealing up all the AC leaks, fixed and sealed the separator between the intake and outlet side, improved and sealed all of my ceiling vents and got it working 100% better than when it came from the factory. BUT, this gizmo has made it so much better than what my work with silver tape ever did. The amount of air coming out of EVERY ceiling duct is truly amazing. So glad I found this on YouTube, it's going to make the Texas and Arizona summers much more enjoyable.

Well yesterday before the snow hit, I picked it up from the dealership. It got it's final warranty work done by replacing the last sticker after the second front cap re-spray. Then dropped it off at storage until spring breaks out here

Still not happy with the local Jayco dealer's quality of work, but it can go elsewhere for service from now on.

Cleaned the science experiments out of the fridge today. There was still food in there from our last trip out in early October. Fun fact, milk dated October 8th doesn't turn colors in a fridge. However, after nearly 5 months, it does solidify in to a solid block that reminds me of the paste they used to give us in elementary school.
