Replaced the gray and black water valves. They were three years old and getting a little hard to open and close.

Only thing bad that happened with regards to our trip to Utah was that I discovered on our last day that the Micro SD Card in the GoPro was corrupted! So all the video I took is jacked & it wants me to format it! I'm hoping that I can image the SD Card tomorrow at the office and recover all the video footage...we shall see??

I'll try and do a quick write up with some pics in the up coming week with how long we stayed where and what all we did.

How on earth did you get a reservation at Top Sail??? I am about to give up on FL parks close to the ocean. They all show booked a year out.

It wasn’t easy. DW got up early to get the dates we wanted. She didn’t get them, so she waited a week and got up early again. We got a site, but not the site we wanted.

Spontaneous trip tomorrow. First trip since the winter storm in Texas. Found a new “water feature” behind my residential fridge. Thank you jayco for not installing an opening behind the fridge. We don’t really use it because it’s slow flowing anyway, but I need to make it right at some point.

Spent half the day trying to change out the new steps. Returning them to Amazon and putting the old steps back on until another day!

Gave her a much needed washing! Beautiful day here in central SC.
Our 212qb hasn't been washed since March, so it was a pleasure getting rid of all the accumulated dirt!

In the process, discovered that the main electrical cord that plugs into the TV had apparently found it's way to rub on the pavement during our last trip. So, tomorrow I get to repair the cord.

Looking forward to the next adventure!

Had some heavy rains last night and discovered some water ingress in the bunkhouse area. Will need to investigate.

So, what kind of steps, and why did you remove them?

Backed the camper into it's tiny parking space alongside the shed. Did it in one shot (this time).

Stock steps on my rig were worn out. popping rivets and lots of wear over the last 10 years.
I ordered a Lippert Quad folding steps that were supposed to fit in the same hole but it didn't. The 2 top bolts were not the same as the OE bolt spacing and the back bottom 2 would not fit without some metal fabrication. Like needing 2 brackets welded on it.

We are headed out on a 1 month trip next week and I did not want to put it in jeopardy so I sent them back.

Today I jacked the wheels off the ground an axle at a time and put a couple of shots of Lucas Red in each EZ lube while my wife spun the tires.

Can I ask which led lights you replaced? Are these the 3" and 4" round disc ones, and if so did you find some that have a better lighting and not so obnoxious. A few of ours are starting to strobe also and the others I wont even turn on because they are too bright. Thanks.

Velcroed (industrial strength) the bottom of the cushions in the dinette to the plywood top of the cabinet below. Tired of sliding cushions.

Seen the evidence of water ingress, but now need to determine where's it coming from.

Ok 377RLB peeps. We have a 2018 model and we just spent 11 days in Texas (HOT) to say the least. I do not have the third ac. I am pretty confident I can add it but wanted to know what unit you all used ( I would like to keep it uniformed on the roof ) maybe you can tell me where you got yours? Second thing is would it be a better idea to use the dryer breaker ( I have a stackable washer dryer ) and run the dry to the new outlet that will plug in to the pedestal? down south you usually want the A/C's to come on and start cooling before the first load of laundry hit! I will move the Max fan to the bathroom this way the wife don't have to stretch to reach the open knob.

Any ideas, products you used, how you installed, location of outlet would be great!

Back from Angel Fire, washed road grime off, will clean roof and ceramic coat tomorrow...hopefully beat the rain. While in NM, was able to help three or four RVrs with operational problems on a Thor Class C, Tiffin Dsl pusher and two different Airstreams...and I fixed the RV park horse drawn carriage. All 'failures' mostly from "operator error". Must say the Tiffin (2008 Phaeton 42QRH) with only 45k miles is quite the unit. Got to experience getting water in the fresh tank and a macerator setup. Way overly complicated for my pay grade, I'll stick with my Jayfeather...The Airstream Flying Cloud 27FB was sent out behind a 2014 F-150 5.0 which owner reports struggled with the 5,900 or so lbs of weight. Part of problem he hadn't drained waste tanks and had filled fresh water since last outing (nearly 110 gallons). He was probably several hundred lbs overweight from the looks of things.

suspension

I spent the last two days working on our 2005 Designer, new
springs, wet bolts, replacing the worn MORryde RE suspension and waiting
on heavy duty shocks. Should be good for 16 more years.
