Oh yeah. I checked the mouse traps in my trailer today. All clear, although I caught a little shrew in one of the mouse traps I set inside my shop.

(actually three days ago). Re-sealed the window gasket as it was leaking water when rained... got up there and found hardly any sealant remaining on several locations...used the black gasket sealant and now no more leaks....

Found and installed the digital Coleman-Mach thermostat (EBay), added SuperSteer trac bars, installed an additional external lock on the door, ordered shocks and sway bars, and found out you can’t have the water heater on electric when you have room heaters plugged in. Was 49* in here this morning! Brrrrrr!

Checked out new purchase

We flew to LV, Nevada to check out a new (to us) Fifth Wheel. Unit was better than we expected. Spend some time getting to cobwebs out and getting it ready to pickup after Christmas to head for Texas.

Today it’s back to the cold PNW where we will winterize our TT and put the cover on her for winter.

Installed an onboard air compressor in the basement by the furnace, along with 100' hose on an auto-retract real, and relocated the on-off switch to the wet-bay.... Damn I'm good!

Just put the cover on my new Ghostbed RV Queen. This mattress is not cheap but it is worth it.
I don’t need to say anymore than this….

Had to add more fluid to the Aqua-Hot Hydronic loop...guess the last time I had to change the Control Thermostat I did't get all the air out of the lines...

Heavy Rain - Poor AC seal

Heavy rain the other day woke up with water dripping out of puck light in the bed room and the intake vents for the front AC... finally able to get on top and check both AC's. Rear AC sealed well, but the front AC had apparently been replaced, with a non-heat pump model that was supposed to be up there, and whomever did it didn't left a plastic screw spacer under the front part of the seal AND the AC seal was not touching the roof...had limbs and straw up under there...about a 1/16" gap just on the front part. The roof doesn't slant either. AC is a Coleman Mach 8 Plus. So unscrewed the AC and lifted it out the way. Cleaned the roof, found that some of the metal tape that was put on to seal the intake and output vents was broken thus air going into the roof and not the vents...fixed that with more tape, and cleaned up the debris that was in the return vent hole. Mounting holes where the roof screws went in didn't have any caulk/sealant so put some in the holes and remounted the AC. Front seal would still not touch the roof and could not screw in anymore had the right torque. So ran a bead of silicon sealant around the front part of the seal until I can get a replacement seal. However, the AC front doesn't come down as close to the roof as the rear AC that has a good seal and there is nothing warping the roof... puzzled. Will get an AC tech to come by and help me trouble shoot the erratic operation of the front AC and see if we can get a better seal.
One good thing is, I'm getting better air flow from the front AC now.

Picked it up yesterday from our dealer in Staunton, VA. 315 miles from home. It had been there for almost a month getting warranty items repaired/replaced after 16 months of ownership.

Reinstalled built in propane tank that I had removed a few months ago to have media blasted and powder and replaced the leaking fill port. Now to install Extend a stay and refill tank.

Same here, drained all lines and blew compressed air though them. Will install a couple of space heaters Friday ahead of the cold snap
