We had a 1979 Lionel tent trailer worked well to get us into camping then got a 2011 forest river flagstaff Mac series 228D tent trailer ( the cream of the crop tent trailer ) now have a 2013 Whitehawk 28DSBH which we LOVE as it meets our needs with a 5 year old and a new 1 due in February we also like to travel to Ontario Canada to visit family... Always trailer through United States as I prefer the road conditions and. The cost is usually much cheaper for fuel....

We started out tent camping in the high country of Arizona in the 60s and 70s...
Jeeps and Tents much like these google photos...

Then went to the OFF-ROAD POPUP camping in 2008 - been there ever since...

Also tried out one of these 28-foot fifth wheel which I found out I could not safely pull with my F150 and it sits in my back yard to this day..

My love is camping off the power grid back up by a mountain stream somewhere...

We had a 2001 Coleman Westlake popup that we loved. Just got tired of having to bend over to get everything out of the cabinets.

2003 Coachmen 276RLS fifth wheel. We had it for a season and a half and then upgraded.

We started with a 23' 1969 Terry TT we rehabilitated: Wife made curtains, I redid the wiring installed a replacement fridge, patch the roof. Paid 3K for new cushions. Traided it in because it was too small, too much of a hassle, very heavy, no grey tank etc.
2004 Jayco JayFlight 29 BHS (actually over 30' long) had it for years until the twins were born and it became impractical with preemie newborns to have a TT + TV combination. Plus the TT was getting long in the tooth and I had to make so many modifications to it to make it meet our needs that it was becoming frustrating. We added automatic satellite TV, welded a rear hitch on it, installed a Generator and platform to the rear bumper, added a 3,000 watt RMS sine wave inverter, 2 AGM group 27 and two GC2 golf cart batteries, Progressive dynamics 3 stage converter, Blue-Ray player, Hensley Hitch, internal inverter wiring and other stuff.

2014 Greyhawk. Love the convenience of having a MH. Would not consider going back now. Kids can watch TV in the back, use the restroom, get stuff out of the fridge etc. wife can feed the newborns all while in motion!

From 1988 to 1998 we had a Jayco J-Series 806 Tent Trailer. In 1998 we moved up to a Tahoe Lite 5th wheel. Served us well. Moved up to a Jayco Redhawk about 5 months ago. Chomping at the bit waiting for camping weather to return.

LOL... I still have my cheap Canadian Tire tent. Always available for loan to my siblings when I try to convince them to come camping with us.

Started camping over 25 years ago in a 2-man tent. Had a lot of good times in it too, until my sleep apnea got so bad I had to start using a CPAP machine. That required electricity, so why not go to a travel trailer. It was a lot warmer than a tent for those fall hunting trips, too. First trailer was a Sun Valley "Road Runner" (see pic). Enjoyed it for 12 years before trading it in on my Eagle in January.

We started off tenting which got old quick then stepped up to a Starcraft pop up for a couple years then moved up to a Eagle 312 FKS and used that through last season and this year we purchased our first new unit a month ago a 2013 33 RLDS.

We bought our first camper in 2012. It was a 2004 crossroads cruiser 29rkds fifth wheel. We used it literally every weekend, holiday, and even during the work week some last year. We enjoyed it very much! We found that we had family and friends over quite often, so more room would be nice. We decided to buy a new eagle 33.5rets fifth wheel this past fall, (the dealer put together some great numbers for us, so we had to do it!) Looking forward to the new rig!

2005 Cedar Creek Silverback 31LBHS. We sold it in May of 2013 once we realized our grown children were not going to be camping with us much anymore.
