What RV/camping related items are you getting/did you get for Christmas?

A couple days yet to Christmas but some of us may already know what we are getting, please feel free to post either now or after you find out on Christmas.

I already know one thing I`m getting because I picked them out. Campfire tongs:

Ray and I asked for a new Jayco 5'er and 3/4 ton (prefered 1 ton but didn't want to put Santa out...). It's only Dec 23rd... we'll see. We are definitely watching Santa's progress though.... NORAD Santa Tracker...

but if Santa deams it economically infeasible, then we'd be happy with a new JOF Decal.

Realistically? One of our (really old) two way radios (think communicating in a c/g without a cell phone) went out so it would be nice to have a new set

I asked for a bunch of things, like X-chocks, voltage reg, Horst tank sensors, and anti sway front stabs, but will have to wait until Tues morning to find out whether I was good enough this past year. LOL

Santa is bringing us a new Patio Mat and a folding step for those sites where the bottom step on the 5th Wheel is way off the ground.

The Easter Bunny is bringing us a Leveling System!!

Santa came early to my TT. He brought me a pair of brand new, shiny Trojan T-105 6 volt batteries!

My wife got me a few odds and ends, but thanks to Camping World's latest sale, I bought myself a new patio rug and an over the door towel rack. Five people and only one towel bar in the bathroom, bad combination!

That old guy brought the camper a new set of Maxxis tires with a date code of 3212. Bless his heart!

I knew that I was getting a new trailer so I asked for Intellijacks and guess what Santa or DW came through. Waiting for good weather to install.

I have a fantastic wife and she really excells at figuring out presents for people. She observes them and doesn't get what they say they want, but figures out what they really like or need.
Case in point: Our TV is a 2002 Dodge 2500. I spend a lot of time climbing in and out of the back end, and because it sits up high, I often hop my butt up on the tailgate, swing my legs around and then go up to my knees before standing to access heavy stuff in the front of the bed. Needless to say, this does a number on my old knees. I've never complained (well not much), but she must have noticed. So for Christmas, what do I get? She bought me the Traxion Tailgate ladder. I didn't even know that they made things like this (and I'm always looking for truck and camping accessories and toys!). It can go on either side of the tailgate, folds out of the way when not in use, and quickly comes completely off if you need to load something flat across the tailgate. We'll install it on the passenger side, because when in a campsite, that will be the most convenient. Here's the website with some photos and a video showing how easy it is to install, use, and (if you need to) remove.http://traxionproducts.com/index.php...ailgate-ladder

Looks pretty good to me and my old bones. Just might put one on my wish list. Thanks for the link, dewey02.
